Our Guarantee - Excellent customer satisfaction is our goal!
We choose only the best quality merchandise to ship to you, but due to the hand crafted nature of our items, some impurities and inconsistencies may be present. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to correct the problem promptly.
Our Refund Policy:
If you are unhappy with your order, please send back the intact items within 7 days and we will issue a refund for the returned items.
Refund does not include original or return shipping charges.
Breakage- If any of your items are damaged in transit, save the original packing and contact us immediately. We will have the damaged items picked up and have replacements shipped to you.
Out of stock Items- If the item you are ordering is out of stock and we cannot ship it for several weeks; we will contact you to see if you still want it. We provide free shipping on items that are backordered over 4 weeks.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be credited to the credit card used in the original purchase.
Our Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you request to cancel the order after 24 hours of placing the order, then the order falls within our return policy guidelines.
Our Shipping Policy:
Gulf Coast Imports ship all of our products by way of UPS and our default shipping method is UPS Ground. As of this time we only ship within the continental 48 states of the U.S.A. For some reason you may prefer your order be shipped via parcel post, please contact us before placing an order. We will make every effort to meet your requirements.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. All orders will have left our premises within 48 hours from the time the credit card was authorized. (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders are actually received by our customers within 7 business days from the date we ship the order. After order has been picked up by UPS, the UPS tracking number of your order will be emailed to you.
