We choose only the best quality merchandise to ship to you, but due to the hand crafted nature of our items, some impurtities and inconsistancies may be present. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to correct the problem promply.

How to Order:
You can easily and securely order online by adding items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, you can continue your order online by checking out with payment, billing and shipping information. Or you can print out your order and mail or fax it to us.

Sorry, we only ship to the Continental United States.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with your order, please send back the intact items within 7 days and we will issue a refund for the returned items. Refund does not include original or return shipping charges.

Breakage- If any of your items are damaged in transit, save the original packing and call us immediately. We will have the damaged items picked up and have replacements shipped to you.

Out of stock Items- If the item you are ordering is out of stock and we cannot ship it for several weeks; we will
contact you to see if you still want it. We provide free shipping on items that are backordered over 4 weeks.
